With the recent weight loss and carb watching craze, the market for diet pills and prescription weight control medication is at an all time high. Although weight loss drugs pose an advantage in losing weight, they are temporary aids and need to be accompanied by a healthier diet and exercise. Remember, the best diet is not the one that you lose the most weight in the shortest amount of time, it is a change in your lifestyle that you can stick with an make you healthier in the long run.
